1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Bottle Only)

We offer a 60-day refund window from the date of delivery on your first bottle of any STRIVLABS supplement.

For safety and hygiene reasons, supplement products are non-returnable, as they are ingestible items. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery.

  • For single-bottle purchases, the guarantee applies to that bottle.

  • For multi-bottle purchases, the guarantee applies to one bottle only.

  • Refunds are limited to one per household.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email support@strivlabs.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of your experience

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@strivlabs.com as soon as possible and include clear photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or card provider may take up to 15 business days to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

5. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

STRIVLABS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error.

6. Exceptions & Policy Updates

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. This Return & Refund Policy may be updated at any time by posting a revised version on www.strivlabs.com. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
