Subscription & Billing Policy

1. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms
By purchasing a subscription-based product from Viabridge LLC, operating under its brand STRIVLABS, you agree to the following Auto-Renewal Terms:

The subscription is billed on a monthly basis (every 30 days) starting from the date of your last successful order.

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged for each scheduled monthly delivery.

You authorize Viabridge LLC to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription payments.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Price Lock: When you enroll in the subscription, the price paid at the time of enrollment is locked in and will apply to all future monthly deliveries under that active subscription, unless the subscription is canceled.
2. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your STRIVLABS account:

Skip a delivery: Skip your upcoming monthly shipment without canceling your subscription.

Update items quantity (where applicable): Adjust the number of units per delivery.

Update payment or shipping details: Ensure your orders are billed and delivered correctly.

Cancel anytime: Cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Important: The subscription delivery frequency is monthly and cannot be changed. Customers may skip individual deliveries or cancel the subscription at any time.
To access your subscription settings, log in to your account and go to the Profile page, then click on Manage Subscription.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next renewal date to prevent additional charges.

If you cancel after your order has been processed, your cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.

Once a renewal payment is processed,refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy

4. Refunds & Returns on Subscription Orders
Refunds for subscription renewals are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy
5. Reactivating a Subscription
If you previously canceled and wish to restart your subscription, you can reactivate it at any time by logging into your account and selecting Resume Subscription.
