Shipping policy

We strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of products purchased through STRIVLABS ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing

We understand that you want your STRIVLABS products as soon as possible. Below is our order processing timeline:

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and estimated shipping timeframe.

Processing Time: 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. 

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and any necessary verification steps. If delays occur, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-5 business days (U.S. orders).

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery within 2 business days (U.S. orders), available at an additional cost.

  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer shipping to locations outside the United States and its territories.

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Unforeseen delays due to weather, or carrier issues may occur.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging in to your account on www.strivlabs.com.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order is confirmed. However, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@strivlabs.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

5. Risk of Loss

All products purchased from STRIVLABS are shipped under a shipment contract with a reputable third-party carrier. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is delivered to the carrier. STRIVLABS is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed shipments after they are in the carrier’s possession.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with your local carrier office or your local law enforcement authority.

6. Address Accuracy 

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

7. Delivery Confirmation 

Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for any claims of non-receipt. Customers are encouraged to:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • Check with neighbors or building management if the package cannot be located.

For unresolved issues, please contact the carrier directly.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at support@strivlabs.com. If you accept the package and discover damage, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product damage, packaging and shipping label. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as undeliverable or lost in transit, please first contact the carrier. If they are unable to assist, please reach out to us at support@strivlabs.com within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages. Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier or contact their local law enforcement.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, or governmental actions.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping practices or carrier services. Updates will be posted on www.strivlabs.com, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically.
